DAY 01: ARRIVAL IN CUSCO
Upon arrival at Velasco Astete Airport in the city of Cusco, our driver will be waiting for you with a sign bearing your name to transfer you to your accommodation.

DAY 02: SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS / CONNECTION TO MACHU PICCHU TOWN
This day is dedicated to discovering some of the most important archaeological centers of the Inca Empire, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. Our transportation will pick you up between 7:20 a.m. and 7:50 a.m. to begin the journey to the majestic Sacred Valley of the Incas.
Our first stop will be at the archaeological complex of Pisac, where we will visit the largest known Inca cemetery, with more than 2,000 tombs. You will admire the impressive agricultural terraces carved into the mountain, walk through an original Inca tunnel, and explore the religious area of this ancient citadel. We will spend approximately 2 hours exploring this fascinating site.
Then, we will head to the Pisac artisan market, famous for its color and authenticity. We will continue to Urubamba, where we will enjoy a buffet lunch included.
In the afternoon, we will visit Ollantaytambo, an ancient Inca town still inhabited today, known for its massive stone constructions. We will explore the impressive ruins of the Temple of the Sun, located high on the terraces, while learning about the strategic importance of this site during the early years of the Spanish conquest.
At the end of the visit, we will say goodbye to our guide and board the train to Machu Picchu Town (Aguas Calientes). Upon arrival, a member of our team will be waiting to take you to your hotel. Later, your guide will visit your accommodation to provide instructions for the next day’s visit to Machu Picchu.

DAY 03: MACHU PICCHU – WONDER OF THE WORLD – RETURN TO CUSCO
According to prior coordination with your guide, at the scheduled time we will head to the bus station to begin the ascent to the majestic citadel. We will climb approximately 400 meters via a zigzag road for about 30 minutes until reaching the impressive Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu, also known as “The Lost City of the Incas.”
Once at the citadel, you will enjoy an unforgettable landscape. Your guide will begin the tour explaining the history, architecture, and symbolism of the main sectors, such as the Main Square, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Sun Area, the Royal Quarters, the Temple of the Three Windows, and the ancient funerary areas. The route will depend on your assigned entrance schedule. The guided tour lasts approximately more than two hours.
After the visit, we will take the bus back down to Machu Picchu Town, where you will have free time to have lunch and explore the picturesque town, known for its cozy atmosphere and artisan shops. It is important to be punctual, as we must be at the train station at least 25 minutes before departure to board the return train to Ollantaytambo.
Upon arrival, our driver will be waiting to take you back to the city of Cusco.

DAY 04: MORAY AND MARAS TOUR
On this tour, we will visit two jewels of the Sacred Valley of the Incas: the archaeological site of Moray and the impressive Maras Salt Mines.
We will start between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m., departing from your hotel in Cusco toward Moray, an ancient Inca agricultural laboratory. This fascinating site was used to experiment with microclimates and adapt crops to different altitudes, demonstrating the advanced agricultural knowledge of the Incas.
Then, we will continue to the traditional village of Maras, where you can admire its charming colonial church and typical architecture. The experience ends with a visit to the Maras Salt Mines, a system of more than 3,000 salt pools built on terraces and used since Inca times.
The tour ends around 1:30 to 2:00 p.m. with return to Cusco.

DAY 05: CUSCO CITY TOUR (4 RUINS) / AIRPORT TRANSFER
After breakfast and hotel check-out, at the scheduled time (approximately between 9:00 and 9:30 a.m.), our transportation will pick you up to begin the tour.
We will visit four of the most emblematic archaeological sites located on the outskirts of Cusco:
Sacsayhuamán, Qenqo, Puca Pucara, and Tambomachay.
At the end of the tour, we will return to Cusco. According to your flight schedule, we will transfer you to the airport at least two hours in advance.
