MACHU PICCHU FULL DAY TOUR WITH TOURIST TRAIN

At the time coordinated with our operations team and according to your train schedule, we will pick you up from your hotel to begin this unforgettable experience. Our transportation will take you to the train station in the charming town of Ollantaytambo, on a journey of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes through the beautiful Sacred Valley.

Once at the station, we will board the PeruRail or Inca Rail train, depending on the reserved ticket. This will be a scenic journey surrounded by stunning Andean landscapes toward the town of Aguas Calientes (2,700 m / 8,858 ft).

Upon arrival, our local assistant will be waiting to escort you to the bus station. From there, we will ascend about 400 meters in altitude along a zigzag road until reaching the entrance of the majestic Machu Picchu Sanctuary, worldwide known as the “Lost City of the Incas.”

At the entrance, our specialized guide will welcome you, and once the group is gathered, we will begin the guided visit along the assigned circuit.

For approximately 2 hours, we will explore the main sectors of the Inca citadel while our guide shares fascinating stories about its history, architecture, and cultural significance. You will have time to take unforgettable photos and videos of this extraordinary site.

After the visit, we will descend by bus to Aguas Calientes, where you will have free time to enjoy lunch or stroll through the picturesque town.

In the afternoon or evening, depending on your train schedule, you must arrive 25 minutes in advance at the station to board the return train to Ollantaytambo. There, our driver will be waiting to transfer you comfortably back to the city of Cusco, where you will spend the night at your accommodation.
